How much does it cost to be member of cancunstorage?

There is a one time fee of 40 usd plus tax and paypal fee (this is for regular members that return year after year only)
The yearly fee is 119 usd plus tax and paypal or credit card fee.

What are the different service plans?

Weekly plan at 49 usd. Monthly plan at 79 usd. Annual plan cost 119 usd plus tax and paypal or credit card fee. Your container is stored in our climate controlled warehouse.

Is Cancunstorage warehouse secure?

Yes, we have 24 hrs. surveillance 365 days a year.

Does Cancunstorage warehouse have a suppression system?

No, we have extinguishers and the building has been certificated by the Fire Department and Construction Authorities of the State of Quintana Roo.

Is Cancunstorage warehouse animal and pest proof?

Local authorities requires a periodical pest control for a building over 100 square meters in size. Cancunstorage meets all local requirements.

Is there a dedicated spot for my container in the warehouse?

We have 2 areas. One for special items, and one area for the containers

If I have more than one container will they be stored together?

Yes, our inventory system is set up by client.

How are you sure it´s my container you are getting?

Trough a sticker with your data on the container.

Scheduling your delivery/pick up service.

What is a delivery/pick up service?

This is our term for the delivery of your container to your Resort before you arrive and the pick up of your container after your check out of your Resort.

How do I schedule a delivery/pick up service

Easy, just login into our website and schedule your visit on the Scheduled Service section, with your details of arrival and departure dates, resort name, name on the reservation. For this you need to sign in as a member.

When can I schedule delivery/pick up service?

At least a week before your arrival, keep in mind Cancunstorage schedule for deliveries from 9am to 6pm.

Is there a limit to the number of delivery/pick up services that I can schedule?

No, you can schedule as many times you need, each service has a cost depending of the zone.

How late can I change or cancel a delivery/pick up service?

You can cancel a delivery/pick up service any time up to 24 hours before check-in time of your arrival date. If you cancel after we have delivered the container or if you don´t show up without notifying us, you still be charge for the services. You can change or modify your delivery/pick up service at any time.

Is there a discount on the membership for a second container?

No, we only award discounts if you refer another client to Cancunstorage.

Do you have a member referral?

Yes, if they mention your name on the website when they subscribe to our service you will receive a coupon for 10 usd that you can use on your next year’s fee. Referral fee only apply when your referral pays his first membership fee and yearly service fee.
